I did a lot of work for my school GSA today, and I'm proud of my leadership in the club :D

I'm struggling a bit today. Nothing major just a headache that won't shift, things are really busy at the moment. But I had some really nice food today.

i went to a group yoga class this evening

@Laura1989 first time for a while in a group, although ive been trying a new habit of practicing every day alone

I cooked some sweet potato soup

Trying to change my mindset to positive, to reprogram my Automatic negative thoughts to something great!

Today i finished laying a stone paver sidewalk by myself start to finish

Was a beautiful sunny day today and 62 degrees hung outside most of the day 😁

A little work - nothing too heavy, yoga and meditation, did a run, attended a short seminar, although i slightly feel like i could be doing more (workwise) and maybe feeling a bit lonely
