Hi! I am almost 70 years old (ouch) and have been an ardent gamer for over 30 years. Right now I'm mostly enjoying Guild Wars 2, a very good online game with a great community. When that gets too intense, I play Stardew Valley. I love reading, just finished as much of Barbara Hambly's fantasy works as I could find online. Now I'm into historical fiction and re-reading the Angelique books. I like horror movies but with a sense of humor and not too graphic gore, I thought Joss Whedon's Cabin in the Woods was nearly perfect. Also like the Evil Dead series.

I suffer from anxiety attacks and occasional panic attacks, but the latter are situational. I am going through a tough time right now and having trouble not thinking about all the bad things that *could* happen in the situation I'm in. I need tips for staying in the moment and reminding myself not to overthink the future.
