mantras can be an amazing way to start off the day on a right note or end it with a positive mindset. I myself really love to work with mantras.
so as an exercise, I would love for you to create your own mantra. This could be an evening or morning mantra. It could be something you need to hear, something you want to remind yourself of or some belief you would like to change that you have about yourself. Some examples:
I am worthy of compassion. I am super smart. I am doing the best I can.
