- Being able to video call someone who means a lot to me and spend a good amount of time talking.
- Having some good time together with my mom.
- Finalizing the details of a trip happening this weekend that is much needed and that I know will help me destress.

All of the things you've listed seem wonderful things to be grateful if; being able to be close to someone like the person you got to call and talking to your mom always makes things enjoyable :) I definitely understand the calmness finalising a plan can bring, it always helps to feel prepared, hopefully that trip went well!💚

Hiya Katie! I'm grateful for a date with my mom yesterday, for the fact that I've been reading again, and for my new cute little basket I've been putting snacks in 😛

Being surrounded with Loved ones, food and a great environment are awesome things to be grateful for 💚
For myself I'm thankful for such a loving community, that I get to be close to my pets and being able to spend time with myself at the end of every day :)

Good question Katie, and something very very important to reflect on every week. We may be affected by negative things happening in life, but we must appreciate the good things we have as well. I wouldn’t want to lose them 😊

- I went on a trip with my partner overnight and it was so much fun!
- I'm starting to feel more in control of my life!

I've got things to look forward to.
In the past week, what are three things that you are grateful for?
1. My family who is always there for me, wipes my tears and makes me laugh
2. Environment and nature I'm surrounded with. Wherever I look the trees, grass and flowers are absolutely beautiful. I'm thankful for the sun and rain, flowers and animals, and the food our planet gives to us.
3. Opportunities to study. I value knowledge and like to learn. That's why I'm grateful I have the opportunity to go to school, develop myself and do things I'm interested in.

Family can be invaluable with their part in supporting us :)
The environment and nature can give people a great reminder of the importance of things and of course the little things, I'm glad you enjoy it and value it with the outlook you do!
