yourself
Changing my negative outlook to a positive,
more calm existence.
2. How do you feel after self-care
I feel more self-worth, less concerned
about things in the world I can’t control.
3. What is one thing that you have achieved by self care?
I went haywire with my diet during the
pandemic and ballooned up to a very scary number…one I’ve never seen before. Now, I’m almost down 50 pounds from where I was. Have a ways to go, but so happy I'm not up there anymore.

What's one thing that motivates you to take care of yourself
- The feeling of renewal and just being active and present in the moment of self care motivates me to continue. It's a time where I do nothing but focus on my well being and nuture my current emotional state. I cannot pour from an empty cup! ✨️☕️
How do you feel after self-care
- I feel recharged and revived after self care! A brief intermission before I return back at my goals
What is one thing that you have achieved by self care?
- Self care helped me shine through my social anxiety and mastering/evaluating my triggers during an anxious moment through a self care break

What's one thing that motivates you to take care of yourself?...It just depends on the day and how I'm feeling. It can be different things... Family, My furbaby, The Weather...

How do you feel after self-care?....Selfcare is always a good thing. But for me it depends on how long I was actually able to do it for and spend time doing it. And if its uninterrupted time.
What is one thing that you have achieved by self care?.....Better overall wellbeing.
1. Most of them are taking care of themselves for fear of living in this society's unnecessary endless hunger. It's a compulsion. There is no choice.
2. Most of them don't know what self-care is. They think applying make-up on their faces hides their wrinkles permanently. As time goes by, skin reflects. But they are not accepting that wrinkles are natural. But they are hiding it in the name of fake beauty and being social. Nowadays, men are practising that too, even more than women.
3. a topic to utter something instead of calming myself by limiting my words/Talking less.
"You can't beat nature. Try to cultivate this attitude. Everything will be under control."
What’s one thing that motivates you to take care of yourself?
- My inner child, I love taking care of her.
How do you feel after self care?
- I feel excited and ready to show up for my friends and family.
What is one thing that you have achieved by self care?
- I've overcome consumerism and my negative relationship with money, it feels good to be able to spend my money in ways that help myself and others in positive ways instead of trying to hide behind it

My motivation is the fact that there is always room for improvement. To become a better version of myself, I have to take care of myself.
