It’s all about giving a positive spin to something you see as negative!
The rules are simple: once you start spotting your cognitive distortions, switch things up and look on the bright side!
After you give it a twist, you'll find it easier to decide if it's really a downer or not. Sometimes, you'll discover that things aren't as bad as they seemed at first!

- I recently lost my toxic job. On the bright side, I’ve felt more relaxed and less stressed than before.
