This is the dilemma. I may live for many more years therefore i need to be prudent with my finances and with relationships.
Or I might die tomorrow therefore spend all my money and throw caution to the wind when it come to relationships.
Now how to balance these two things.
@Gettingbettertoday definitely throw caution to the wind, live life, have fun... But do it wisely ❤ gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤
Tempus fugit
Carpe diem
Memento mori
@HealingTalk um.... Yes...🤔🤔.. I was just about to say that😎😂😂😂😂😂❤❤
@Tinywhisper11
It's a classic, literally!
@HealingTalk is that what it says??? It's a classic??
@Tinywhisper11
They are very quoted expressions since ancient Rome.
The first we say frequently "This year is ending, I feel it has passed so fast like January was yesterday".
The second is a phrase by the poet Horatius, we say it often in Cups "Take life one day at a time".
The third is controversial. I would translate it like "Live your life knowing it will last for a limited time." A typical stance of Epicureans, Stoics, and later Existentialist philosophers (particularly Heidegger).
@HealingTalk ohhh! They are awsome quotes ❤❤ thanks for taking the time to explain it to me ❤❤I'm not the cleverest of people. I'm not dumb though... I'm just brainalogically challenged😁😁😎gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤

I hate this quite how do you make the most of life if you’re full of fear and sabotage and negative thinking
feels like I’m just going to be living in fear all my life and full of regret from been so afraid and crippled with trauma
I’m wasting my life been mentally unwell p
@courageousPineapple492 I totally understand how you are feeling right now. Life can be incredibly challenging, and indeed some face more difficulties than others. It's okay to acknowledge the pain and fear you're experiencing. I believe with time and, with the right support, it's possible to make significant progress in overcoming trauma. You're not alone in this, and reaching out for help is a courageous step towards a better future. You won't have to live like this forever, and you're not wasting yourself. It may take time, but improvement is achievable. If you ever want to talk or share more about what you're going through, I'm here for you.
