I've learned to think of it as "the anxiety" and not "my anxiety" because it does not define me.

I've learned that while life might not be easy, I can't allow the thoughts in my mind. Being alone can be dangerous but that is the beauty of this sight. You're not alone here.

Today was my first time ever on this site, the people are lovely and want to help. I learned that I can and should learn to help myself. Will come back to this site when I need help.

I've learned that I need to learn to stop putting so much pressure on myself.

I've learned that I should endeavor to be more positive in my day-to-day life.

I've learned that I have a strong support network.

I've learned that I am more than my job - my position does not define me.

I've learned to take things one day at a time.

I hope you feel as though you can request with the listener to do so, as that may be the hardest part in carrying that conversation on and it sounds very important to you :)

I've learned that being able to have someone relate to my problems and tell me how to handle, and give me guides on fixing my problems is a huge help. Thank you 7cups!
