I have learned that calming your mind by focusing on talking to someone really helps. Getting your problems of your chest as well as listening to others reduces the problem. Realizing you are not alone in this world is a relief.

I've learned that it is okay to be Me and that it is useful to speak to different people, because that one Me is made up of lots of different parts, and therefore on different days I will be in different moods which will need to look at life in different ways. I've learnt that this is a safe place to find those different perspectives, which all have the important things in common- being kind, compassionate, patient and caring people who see the importance in everyone being treated as equal..

And all those different perspectives are equally important.
