I really learn from the group discussions.

I've learned that i can make and have made alot of progress in the past month but that this is also a slow process.

I learned that I shouldn`t be afraid of asking questions.

I've learned that I must stop allowing other people's emotion's dictate mine.

I understood that my dream of helping others could be only part successful if I do not help myself first and that I must love and care for myself if I ever wish to be fully able to help others!

I've learned that I need to give her space, and though it upsets me, I need to understand.

If you feel like the whole world is against you and that there is no one who understands you. I gurantee that there is at least one person who will understand you.

I've learned that I shouldn't be scared of speaking out and that there are people who actually listens and ready to help

I've learned that I really do have problems. I'm no longer in denial

I have learned that not everything is fault. And even though it doesn't seem like it, it's gonna be ok.
