7 months free from self harm. It has been extremely difficult but I am so proud of myself. For anyone out there struggling with self harm just know it gets easier. There are still gonna be days that you want to relapse I won't lie to you. However you learn how you think and how to cope once you start quitting and trust me it is so worth it. A trick i learned is the twelve hour rule. When you want to relapse tell yourself: if i still feel this way in twelve hours i will then. You'll be amazed at how little of time your mind needs to straighten out these intense emotions. I love you all so much and wish you the best in your journey. Stay strong!

You can't control what other people do or think. So concentrate on yourself and doing your best and being a noble and truthful person.

Life and love are temporary; are potentially harmful in higher dosages; and should always be handled with care.
