I've learnt that not all the best things in life come for free! Most do, but not all!
I've learned that thinking every min about world domination makes you anxious.
Let it be as it is.
I've been 3 days clean. Not the biggest achievement but yesterday I almost slipped so I'm proud
That's great, Ginger! So proud of you!

I'm finally feeling a little bit better today maybe I'm heading towards something good
I learned that every bad thing has a good side
I have joined the website todaybecause I have had for some time constant lack of energy, motivation, and over eating constantly (139 KG so far), and preferring to spend hours and hours watching TV series. It reached a phase that small tasks like going to a restaurant for lunch or hanging out with friends felt like a challenge that required an unnaturaleffort, let alone work or health. Any effort to become a better person felt unnatural.
I don't know how to label it so I described it.
I have had a chat session this morning and afternoon. For some reason sharing felt like lifting a load of my back. Today for the first time in months 6 months, I actually got of the couch, voluntarily unplugged from this sickening routine and went out for a 3 KM walk/run, and it didn't feel unnatural, it didn't require energy, I just felt like doing it.It felt like a huge step to me.
Sometimes to feel better all you need is somewhere to unload and someone to listen.
I hope someday to feel good enough and be qualified to listen to people and make them feel better!
Well done!!! Wow, that is SUCH a great achievement! Yes, sometimes having someone to listen is all you need, a great starting step, and a great decision to join on this wonderful community! Congrats :) xxx
