I've been gradually getting outof my comfort zone by talking with other listeners about a fear that is very personal to me and really awkward to talk about. The last time I told them about it, I was calmer than I was before. It's amazing what getting outside of that comfort zone can do.

Sometimes the only way to deal with anxiety or fear or anything that makes you uncomfortable is by confronting it little by little to the point where it no longer scares you. That's an amazing thing to be honest.

Love is Patient. Love is kind.

I need to improve my love for myself, and value myself as I value others. I must be patient in myself when life is hard and I am struggling, as well as kind to myself, pushing positives into my head.

I sometimes lie in bed and think of something small or silly to do tomorrow, just a little thing that will make me smile. It could be doing a silly walk when I think no one is looking, or pretend tripping over some invisible thing when people can obviously see there was nothing to trip over. It can be anything really, as long as it will make you smile even for a split second.

Kinda like the gratitude journal, but instead of looking at the past, something to look forward to. Make it small and it is easy.
