Milestones or Steps Completed! Share and Celebrate Here :)

I have now just reached Step 10. I am supposed to right something i have learned about myself..but i haven't learn anything overly significant yet.

"Congratulations, you reached step 2700 in your Growth Path. Let everyone know so we can celebrate with you!".............I'm not feeling anything quite yet. Maybe I will at 8300! :-)

I have learned that making mistakes is alright. That I don't have to be perfect in everything and just natural to move on if something does not work.

And I also learned that big decisions are not made in split seconds, that I am allowed to take my time and follow my dreams :)

I've learned that I just need to breathe and close my eyes and think and when time gets hard to go to my mom and talk with her.

I have reached step 200. I have learned that helping others feel better helps ME feel better, too.

i have learned that sometimes cutting is not the answer

I learned that sometimes the best way to get over terrible events in my past is to face them.

What I've Learned

I've learned that, while I love helping others, sometimes I need to help myself first.

All I found here is a bunch of good people, always ready to share the experiences and listens to the problems or situations.. Thanks to these guys.. Thanks alot..
