Ive learned that it is possible for me to work through my anxiety and take control of my life. Not long ago it felt impossible. It felt hopeless. I thought I may never get to be normal again. I was so scared. Now I am hopeful and confident that I am strong enough to work through this.

made it to step 44! I have found exercising and doing yoga is helpful. Also, I recently started going through the self-help guides on 7Cups and that has been helping as well.

I learned talking to others who relate to what you're going through helps a bit.

I hung out with a friend today and it went really well! I wasn't feeling anxious about it, even after a cup of coffee which usually makes me very anxious. I was very communicative with my feelings and my friend was very open to it.

Step 53! Practicing mindfulness and meditation actually does start to rewire your brain if you keep practicing. I never want to stop practicing mindfulness and meditation. I look forward to it.

Realized I need to stop letting my fear and grief consume me and that I need to face things head on.

I'm learning that I'm not alone and that I can work through this. That I don't have to feel so lost. This is the first direction I've felt in over six months :)

@LisaRene1981 their are times I think I'm alone and I then I start thinking about who is usually on my side in life.

Reached step 60!

I learned that sometimes you need to take a step back, breathe for a bit, then assess the situation and dive in. (mostly applying this to my homework)
