Sometimes I feel worthless. I'll get those thoughts under control one day.

I am learning that small daily steps can have a huge impact on my long term mental health. Taking time every morning to reflect and keep a gratitude journal has been most helpful. The most difficult part of self-care is knowing when to say NO. Being able to say "I can't help you". Being able to say " I don't have time right now". And the only way to learn is practice. I've noticed I'm getting better at it :)
