I learned that it's fine to have feelings, even if they're negative. It's part of life that I just gotta accept. The important part is not getting stuck when I'm down

Really love the breathing exercises. They help me slow down, feel calm and peaceful.
I also enjoy using the growth path. It provides me with quick and simple steps to feeling better. I can go through a couple whenever I want.

To think positively. You will get through anything @GlenM
I learned that even little things can feel like big wins when you're struggling. I'm drinking more water and started exercising daily. I am also involving myself more and opening up to ideas I never had before.
