I have leaned that some days it's okay to feel sad, being sad does not mean that you are a weak or negative person, it means that you are in touch with your emotions, you understand them and are not afraid to exhibit them.
Sometimes in our life we experience events that cause us upset, devastation and confusion, our feelings and emotions kick in to protect and help us heal so we are able grow strong.
It is not a crime to be sad, it dose not mean you are not strong and falling apart, it means you are coping and are humans.
βππππhugs for everyone feeling sad today ππππ
Thank you.
Milestones 50 - I've learned that when I challenge or question my fears (in a good manner), it can be very rewarding. I still often reluctant to face it, but I start to love the result :)
it's important for me to talk about what is bothering me and i can do that here :)

I learnt a long time ago that here are no hero's you have to save yourself. But on here I think I found some
Talking to someone about my situation has helped me gain more clarity, allowing me to get a different perspective on the situation.
Step 50 on my path and just returning after a brief self-imposed exile. One very helpful thing that I've learned so far is to take things slowly. Listening to what others have to say and really trying to understand how they feel and where they're coming from is very helpful in coming to terms with your own issues and discovering the true nature of your problems.
I've learned to keep going and keep fighting one day the results will show me that it all worth it
I learnt that even at my worst I have something to offer (and will always): kind words.
It's only been a short while since I discovered this site, and in the meanwhile I've learned that there is still hope for us sufferers. We can make it out if only we choose the right path.
