I learned that before I am kind to anyone, I have to be kind to myself. Putting myself down and telling myself that i am stupid is only a viscous cycle. If I am kind to myself and work a little bit each day, I will be able to accomplish anything
200!
Today I learned ,that you don't have to care what others think of you and no matter how you look, you have to be happy with yourself somehow and know that all will go for the better. And I am so happy ,that I finally understood that!
What a wonderful, positive attitude. This is the kind of post that really makes people think of the way we portray ourselves. Why should we change because of what others think about us? If we want to change it should be for what YOU want to do not to please anyone else!
don't stop believing!!
Something that I have definitely learned is to focus on your breathing and take each moment as it comes
@ThornyMess - I am so glad you are with us. Breathing and taking each moment as it is is so important and such a useful skill. That is something that you can carry with you forever. Thank you for existing.
Today I learn that i have to accept my feelings and realise that my thoughts or anxiety are normal, but i don't need to succumb to that and focus only on that because i should enjoy more of my life. I also learnt that comparing my life to other's is perhaps normal in human's instinct but the point is i shouldn't want to become that person because i need to be grateful with my own and make my life a little better everyday!
i hate life
ToA@frishta please remember we are on a path here . There will be pot holes , mud puddles hills to climb and then there will be times to just coast.... easier. Times may. Be. Just around the bend for you when you least.Expect it
I have learnt that some things can be mended again
@PinkLemonade95 - You are totally correct! Things can be fixed. So happy you learned that. :)
this really helped me
I learnt that being compassionate, caring and understanding are one of, if the not the, most important traits to have.
