I bought myself a box of jawbreakers. Felt so good to do something for myself nO matter how small:-)
i learned that there are people out there willing to help. this has meant a lot lately since i had issues in life regarding support and loyalty.
I have learned that I am a person, just like everyone else. Whereas I see that others need love, kindness and compassion, where I see that others cannot live in the shadows as broken pillars uplifting others while they crumble- I have learned that I, like everyone else, need to ensure that I feel positive things too. And... in some small way, I must begin to understand and see that I deserve these things too.
Emotionally is have grown all this while. I now understand people better.......observed them and learned many things in my own personal life.
I've leaned that I can offer people valuable advice and share my experiences in order to help them, and they can do the same for me if I allow myself to open up ☺️
Hi i'm new and i had a nice conversation! yay :D
I learnt to be a better person on here. Thank you for all the small miracles, 7 Cups.
me too.......i didnt think i could get
out of the dark ploace that i was in
I learned to be gentle and kind to myself as well as other people around me! To be patient and not stress out as much!
I want to be where you are.
I think my biggest milestone here on 7 Cupswas being asked to become a forum mentor by Laura. I love the forums and I'm really happy and proud to be able to help out and make them an even better place!
I learned that if I'm ever going to get past some stuff I have to talk about it. And that getting an outside opinion and having someone else totalk to (and sometimes having a good cry whilst at it) are some of the most invaluable things in the world. Thank you, 7cups, for making me deal with and realize things about myself I never would have. And thank you for making me feel like I'm not alone.
