@enthusiasticPerson6346 this is very true. we don't grow without difficulty. if everything went well all the time we would stay where we are for a time but little by little we would begin to lose ground. we would become lazy in life. but difficulty brings us to reach higher to go deeper, to develop an inner peace that goes above our circumstances and makes us into more than conquerors. The this is not all my fault that i should not beat myself up that I can change things..
I learned that I have to keep trying and never give up. Great feature, I liked taking the test.
I've learned that Yes I've been through a whole lot of pain, betrayal, let Downs, and it still has some affect on my life decisions today. Thing is I have to accept it and get over it. If I continue to have it in my soul my thoughts and decisions I'll never be healed and freed. Resulting in everyone in my life in some way will pay for what my life dragged along. I'm trying but it's easier said than done but I'm going to escape defeat one day at a time baby step after baby step.
I've learned that I should really listen to myself--I'm the only one who knows what's best for me. The mindfulness exercises have really helped me learn to sit with my feelings and look at them without judgment.
Growth support has helped me view things from different perspectives. To step back from a situation and see it as a picture then analyse.
patience, courage, mindfulness...
I've made it here, and I think it's a great way to participate in a variety of features on the site to learn more about myself and grow.
