Hi PAT and anyone reading this!
PAT stands for Peer Appreciation Team!
We are a growing team of Peer Appreciation Program, growing not only in number but in connection amongst one another as team members!
We are one of the best peers you could find in a team!
Introducing this activity for especially the PAT members..
Pm a fellow team member (if you are in the same age group or if one of you is ATL) with an icebreaker to get to know them.
Secondly, ask about how their time has been at cups recently.
Thirdly, ask them about what they like as a PAT Member.
Feel free to share some cookies with them! 🍪🍪
If you are not in the same age group, or unable to pm one another, or prefer to break ice in forum first, feel free to use this thread to ask an icebreaker to any team member alongside tagging them.
Let’s be doing this activity amongst team members and feel more connected and united as a team!

I am not sure if I have a direct answer to it but what I believe is, little things make difference and if a little bit of kindness, compassion and empathy can make the slightest difference in someone's life then I would love to be a kind, compassionate and empathetic person! @Sunisshiningandsoareyou Sun is making me smile since yesterday, along with Breeze, and Gloria too. In short, the project agents of the peer appreciation team have been making me smile lately. Because of what? Such valuable posts as above by Sun! I would like to take this moment to appreciate Breeze for Birthday Breeze initiative, I am in awe of your effort @bubblingBreeze14 Then I want to appreciate Sun for self-appreciation inclusion in peer appreciation form and now this post to bring us closer as a team! Then I want to appreciate @GloriaD for keeping up their good work with Peer Appreciation Gallery and for giving their artistic touches to our program guide. Yay, us!

Good question, and As Fristo mentioned, all the same. Could you perhaps explain about what "assisting" means here though, (just ensuring I understood it well lol and that you got the answer you needed) always feel welcome to PM me or any of our project agents if you have any questions anytime.

I am doing pretty well actually, thank you! It's all very busy but the good kind of busy ^^
💛 How do you feel about your role in the peer appreciation program, what's something you enjoy the most about it?
I enjoy spreading smiles. And I feel like I can't always dedicate all of my time to it, because I can't be everywhere at once, but I like to do at least a post a week to make someones day a bit more sparkly

Probably my e-piano but it is currently not with me so I am more aware of that then usually xD

Reading, having a cup of tea, going for a walk or going to the stables

Happy July friends! With July rolling in, it's time to award cheers for June!

Huge thank you to all who hosted! We massively appreciate you as we implement our new check-ins and grow our team's presence on 7Cups. Since this is our first month awarding cheers, a quick recap on our plan.
- Hosting an hour-long session will award you 100 cheers
- Hosting a half-hour-long session will award you 50 cheers
- These are given out based on the hosting log, if you do not fill out the log, you will not be awarded the cheers
If you are a team member (as opposed to a check-in host) please remember to schedule your monthly special event! These are important as they invite people to fill out our appreciation form and keep our team up and running. Hosts are more than welcome to (optionally) schedule special events as well, this is mandatory for team members.
