New GLDD Mentors
Hello all,
I am excited to announce 3 mentors for the Group Leadership Dynamics and Development team. They all have been working hard on making sure that trainees are supported and have coming up with amazing ideas to help improve the program as well. Please welcome in our new mentors:
@AriadneLove: Has been working on improving the discussion that the community can host with the Listener Chatroom Projects that allow listeners in the program the chance to apply the skills they learn within the program before graduating from the program. They also help out with welcoming new trainees to the program to assist with the common questions they may have.
@Olivia210: Has been helping out with mentoring for the Member Support rooms and making sure that trainees can learn more ways to apply their skills to these rooms as well. Within the program, they assist with the Mid-evaluations forms to make sure that trainees are on track for their graduation.
@OuiCherie: Works on the first-week check-ins and assist with areas that may need additional coverage as well. They help with cooridating ideas and making sure that we see all viewpoints of our ideas.
