They are known as budgienger. Or paraketes. I am just hoping they are healthy. Blue one is little baby.

Congrats on your new babies! May they be with you for the entirety of their happy existence! I've got some basic tips but if you want to know more, I am an experienced parrot owner so feel free to come to me anytime for advice!
1. Do not scrimp on the cage. Budgies can handle a more modest space than other parrots/parrot kind but all birds should have a large cage, and the larger the better if you can't be at home with them all the time.
2. Plenty of sunlight, and plenty of toys. Rotate toys in the cage to keep things interesting and stimulating
3. Have music or bird channels on when you're not with them
And lots of attention, even if you're just in the room with them. It looks like you've got them together? If so, they'll spend the most time with each other but it's so important you put in the time to bond with them every chance you get. Budgies can be taught songs too. There was an exceptional budgie on YT named Disco the parakeet. He was a prime example of how much potential even little birds have.

Wao.. Thank you so much for inspiring.. This is much more informative than reading about them on internet. I was initially worried about me being around them too much. They are doing better and I kept them in my room near window. Cage is 1.5X2 ft.
I intend to teach them a thing or two but I am proceeding with caution. I just hope I can give them safety and comfort.

yeah it can be difficult finding the right information sifting through the internet. you spending time with them is a good idea! it'll help them bond with you.
