Motivation Through Burnouts
What motivates you through Burnouts?
Hey there, Lovelies :)
All of us face burnouts from time to time. For some of us, they can take a while to get through and often, we feel demotivated to try out tasks. At 7cups, we stress on taking some time off when we don't feel good and we also stress on the importance of self-love and self-care.
However, from time to time we find ourselves unable to get out of the cycle. And once we are stuck, we don't know what to do. So tell us what you do when you feel burnt out. Maybe it can help someone else and remind us of ways we forgot ourselves. If I may begin, some thigs that help me are naps, showers, music and reading. What about you? c:
