@appledog2006 I'm really sorry you're experiencing something like this. I have hope and believe that you will be able to find peace and let these bad memories leave you. Whatever keeps bothering you, in time will go away. Stay strong and keep living for yourself, your life is precious and you are worth it. You will always have us at 7cups and other close people in your life who will listen to you, care about you and help you out of this. Have faith in yourself and know that you can and will be able to get out of this pain. I believe in you and your strength, in time things will feel better and you can move on from these memories. Right now we're going through a phase where the bridge between the spirit and physical world is very short if not nonexistent. This is bringing up a lot of things for people in a kind of cleansing process. Bring aware of the process, accepting it and taking action when necessary can help.

Remember, you're stronger than your anxiety. You're brave. 

@communicativePond1728 Ive dream a lot of a friend who passed away 8 years ago. She was like a sister to me. I wasnt there when she was Laid to rest. I say a prayer everytime and offer a prayer mass for her. In my dream she’s alive and well, those memories i had with her in High School. Some of my past experiences soemtimes in my dream. Theres one in particular when i was 8 years Old, when i almost couldnt make it ( which my parents thought) that was the bizarre thing that happened to me. I was in hospital for two months with no diagnosis whatsover and Physicians and Specialist dont know whats wrong with me. I just sleep all throughout that Time and theres one scene i couldnt forget, i saw my body and my family around me then i slowlyfloated in the air and even see the roof and the whole town and the clouds. I told my Parents about it and almost recalled the scene but they said it was all a dream. I think that was a near death experience.
