This thread is self explanatory. List 10 genuine things (or even just 5, or 3) things in your life you are not stressed about/have under control.

8. I trust that my relationship with my Momma growing how it ought to

This list was hard to make! In my mind, these are so insignificant, but making this list is a good exercise in thinking positive.
1 - How my boyfriend is an amazing companion
2 - That I had a wonderful meal
3 - Getting up in the morning (kicking the ass of depression!)
4 - The sun is shining outside which makes me happy
5 - Yummy chocolate cookies!
6 - Going on a walk today
7 - Playing games
8 - Putting on cute clothes
9 - A hot shower
10 - Gardening
Not stressed about getting up early tomorrow coz it's no-work-day

This was actually super hard to do, wow. I kept deleting things because as I wrote them I realized I was subconsciously worrying about it. Thank you for making this thread. c:
1 - Having a stable job for the next couple of months
2 - My boyfriend's able to keep his car
3 - I have bought enough food to last me this week
4 - I have a bed to sleep in tonight
5 - My physical health is good
6 - I will have clean clothes to wear tomorrow
7 - My formal education is complete
8 - I live in a peaceful country
9 - I have enough money in my savings
10 - I'm still only young, I have plenty of time

2.) Construction in my neighborhood.
3.) Getting stuff in my house repaired.
4.) Might need surgery soon.
5.) Errands/chores.
6.) Drs. appointments.
7.) Past friends.
8.) What to eat.
9.) Online stuff.
10.) Life in general.
