Girl whenever I did this in real life it was a way for me to ask for people to talk to me and ask how I am. Thinking you’re a burden is not healthy (and u know that) and doing something like this is asking for help and communication. It’s not bad in any way, I have done it so many times even in real life and deep down I know it’s because I don’t feel like anyone cares and I just want someone to ask about everything I want to talk about. We are genuinely here for you and if people don’t wanna look at your threads they won’t. Everyone else is here to support you and don’t be afraid to ask for help. You are really worth every second that I have given to writing this and I hope you feel better about reaching out and feeling better. Everything will be okay and I will always be here and happy to be a good friend if you want regular check ups and someone to understand your full story x
