@Tinywhisper11 I'm better at the moment, the snow has been melting, it looks like I might get some green for a bit before winter winter sets in but I'm hoping it should be short. I can survive two months, and who knows maybe it won't be even that long :) As soon as I can I want to get therapy badly, I need it.

I'm not doing to bad, the feeling in my upper left body has come back😁 still some tingling in my ribs, I can move my hand fine, still struggling to lift my arm up though! But it's getting better 😁❤
@Tinywhisper11 Try to keep moving, I heard somewhere that movement fixes a surprising lot of things in your body :) Some guy was cured of massive frostbite that way too, the movement improved his circulation which actually reversed his frostbite and it was considered almost like a miracle.
@genericbeing thanks ❤ trigger warning, disabilities..i am, I do gentle exercises every morning with my carers 😁 my Neuro passageways still work for my upper body, so the damaged nerves will heal itself😁 I'm paralysed from the waist down, my spine is broken and not fixable🙁 so doing everything we can to keep my upper body moving, eventually I'll most likely become completely paralysed, but I'm not ready for that yet. I'll never give up ❤❤ miracles do happen 🙂❤
@Tinywhisper11 Your very strong, with God anything is possible, I'll pray for you as much as I can. When I had my mental breakdown there was a time I thought I would never come back, that I'd be like out of my head forever, I prayed tons and eventually my brain fixed after 2 years (About). I was scared everyday but overcame it, you will too. Sometimes all we can do is our best and have faith. :)
