OCD
Hello,
I've had OCD for 30 years. I use CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and Mindfulness as means to manage my disease. I've grown more resilient against OCD with practice over tbe years. However, despite how strong I get with coping with said disorder, OCD flexes (as to be expected from OCD). It concentrates its forces and becomes one force to be reckoned with. It's robbed me of a life, and Im at a point where I just can't give it attention anymore. Yet, I'm stuck on one obsession and I've been stuck on it for several months now, unable to live up to any of my life goals because it's that powerful. I need to vent. I've much to say. Anyone willing to listen?
Thanks in advance,
Me
