Hi Sun! (What do you prefer to be called?)
I think a narcissist support group is a great idea to have here in 7 Cups!
We can all share the experience, how to handle, how to set boundaries, etc
What do you think?
@CoolMeCool I think it’s a great idea.
@CoolMeCool
I wholeheartedly agree!!! I think this is a great idea for a group. Surviving narcissistic abuse/psychological abuse is the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life.
@TheSunParadox33
I found a really good YouTube channel called narc daily , by someone who went through a really bad and abusive relationship and now he helps people by dissecting everything they do to manipulate. I recommend checking it out
@optimisticPlane7372 I second this page!! I also really love the insight from the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach Danish Bashir. He has some really great resources and coping skills in his videos.
@TheSunParadox33 So serendipitous that you posted this because I have been feeling a great need lately to start a zoom group for people who have survived or are surviving psychological abuse. I am actually working on my flyer right now!
I haven't locked everything down just yet but your post might be Spirit's way of holding myself accountable for doing this!!
I wish Light, Love, & Laughter in your life!

It would b nice to have this cos being with a narc is so isolating. Im with one and currently pregnant. And its been ***. And i mean ***.
hearing others stories and simply just being heard, i think, is enough to put out the fire of insanity that gaslighting sparks.
Pls update me on this. Or add me up to the group or sth.
