Hi, I’m going through a difficult time. There’s something on my mind that I can’t shake, and it’s really hard for me to share because I feel embarrassed. I’m also dealing with depression, which makes it even harder to handle.

If someone has the patience and is willing to listen without judgment, it would be a great relief to have someone I can open up to.
