How to get the fight back.

I'm here because I'm hurting. I've been silently hurting for over 5 years now. I learned to bury my pain within me. The end of October marks 5 years since I lost my son. This past March marked 5 years since I lost my daughter. Me and the father just recently split. Now I'm struggling to figure out how to handle the upcoming anniversary. And I can't seem to bury the pain anymore.

Sophia Kaye Lynn and Colton Alan Lee. I think tonight I finally figured jt out. Their dad, my ex, blames me for our daughters death. I always felt that after she died something changed in Charlie. It wasn't grief. It's was hate. Towards me. Not just hatred, but despise. He couldn't stand even looking at me.

Burying your pain is never a good solution, & certainly not when it comes from something as dislocating as losing your children and a husband. If you push your grief/rage/etc. below your conscious mind, it will find other ways to express itself. Those ways are almost always disruptive & prevent you from living a good life. Like it or not, you will have to work out your emotions until the worst of it is over. This is one of those situations where the only way out is through it.
