Have you thought about reaching out to mentors? I’d recommend connecting with several and doing mock chats often, even daily if you can. They’re quick and super effective for building confidence and improving your skills in real time, and gaining knowledge.
When I first started, I reached out to 10 mentors, and it made such a huge difference! 🌟
I personally found keeping a notebook dedicated to 7cups, and writing what I learned really really effective!
