First Thanksgiving without her
This will be the first thanksgiving without my mom and I don’t see me survive it. I am not sure what I am asking here but I just don’t feel ok. I don’t want to continue this life but I also don’t know how to end it.
Just need some kindness 😞 miss you very much mom 😞💔
@emma1229 I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time, especially as you approach the first Thanksgiving without your mom. Losing someone you love is incredibly painful, and the holidays can intensify those emotions.
Grieving is a unique and challenging process, and it's important to allow yourself the space to mourn and receive the emotions as they come. You're not alone in this, and there are people who care about you and want to offer support.
I can't imagine the depth of your pain, but please know that reaching out and expressing your feelings is a courageous step. If you feel comfortable, consider talking to friends, family, or a mental health professional who can provide a listening ear and guidance during this tough time.
Take things one day at a time, and be gentle with yourself as you navigate through the holiday season. If there's anything specific you'd like to share or discuss, I'm here for you. Sending you warmth and hugs during this challenging period 💜
@emma1229 Hey, I heard you're going through a tough time, especially with Thanksgiving coming up and it being the first one without your mom. Losing someone is never easy, and dealing with those feelings during special occasions can be a real struggle.
@emma1229 wraps you up in a cosy blanket and cuddles you up ❤ squeezes you tightly ❤ I'm sorry sweetie. The holidays can be so hard when you loose a loved one😞 hey! If your mum was here today how would you be celebrating?? Did your mum like the holidays?

Thank you❤️❤️
@emma1229 I hope your doing ok now?? Gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤❤
@emma1229 I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost a parent at a very young age so I can imagine it must really be harder on the holidays than most days to be without her. As long as you remember them and what they taught you then truly they are always still with us. I hope you have had a blessed and wonderful holiday.
