Feeling relief that I don't have to be present on an online spiritual group today

I have been forcing myself to show up on the group because I tend to isolate instead of sharing with people. My phone's broken so I can't post these days. It feels such a relief I don't have to force myself to show up. I'm just so glad I don't have to go through that confusion. I wonder if this relief indicates that group may not be a right fit for me. Anyway, each time I remember my phone is broken and I don't have to post, I just feel so happy.

Your relief from not having to post in the group could be a sign that it might not align with your needs or preferences right now. Exploring other communities or activities might lead you to a place where you feel more comfortable and connected without the pressure to force yourself to participate. Taking the time to find a group that resonates with you could bring a sense of genuine enjoyment and belonging.

@floatingLeaf4973 sometimes a break from technology is such a good thing. I'm glad you feel relief. Especially if this is becoming a group that may not be the right pic for you.
