Anger Management
I've come to not be able to control my anger. I have horrible anger issues, and no, not the "Grr I have anger issues". It genuinely causes me to hurt people I love, alongside myself. I keep driving people away and I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to be mean, I don't want to be like this. I need help

1. Take a Deep Breath
2. Walk Away
3. Talk About It
4. Find Healthy Outlets
5. Practice Self-Compassion
