Where to Request long term listener

I feel confused and upset I don't know how to navigate this forum I hate that I feel like I am everywhere is there even a place I can request a long term listener now or anything? I don't know. Can I even do that?

@DistortionHeart On the website, go to the Browse Listeners page. Click More Filters at the top right. Check the Long Term Support box and click the Search button. If you want to chat to a listener immediately, choose one who has a Chat Now button. Otherwise check a listener's profile before leaving a message.

In the app, I cannot find a way to do it. But after you have identified a listener on the website, you can chat in the app.
