@specialSnow9454 if you had a allergy which one would you choose? Milk allergy (no cheese milk chocolate lot of yummy stuff gone) or gluten allergy(nothing containing grains couscous wheats etc).

@Colorfulcatsofhope I think it's good to get involved in both at one point in your life, individual sports really test your mental toughness and allow you to grow the most but I felt like team sports created the best skills needed in adversity and a special community unlike any other
