What's the ONE THING that you need to improve?

You know, there's a lot of situations we're dealing with, right?
And sometimes we have qualities about ourselves that we want to improve so we can live life better, is that correct?
Well, I want to know what you want to improve and maybe I can help you out with that!
For starters, let me start with one thing about me that I wish to improve on.
That is: Patience
Having a lot of patience is hard to manage sometimes because we want it when we want it and right away. I find myself wanting things right away and never wanting to wait time to make it happen, or let it come. Throughout my life journey, there were life situations that taught me patience in many ways and I know there's some minor tweaks that I need to make in order to have that patience I need for future endeavors.

I'm currently trying to set healthier boundaries with other people and understand that receiving abuse from someone is never acceptable :)
I really need to improve my time management skills. They are certainly better these days than in the past, but I can try harder.
I really need to improve my confidence. I don't take chances that can be beneficial because I'm afraid of everything not working out. I also rarely trust people
I really need to improve my self esteem, and to stop blaming myself for things that happened to me in the past.
I need to improve my ability to see the best in myself, and to not feel guilty for not always being able to be that person.
I want to improve the way i speak to people and limitaions to be maintained with everyone..:(
My biggest problem is I like to procrastinate. i want to Improve that but yeah, I keep procrastinate.
I'm learning to not invalidate my feelings and allowing others to hurt me because i want to protect them from how expressing my opinion would make them feel.
I need to work on finding self worth within instead of seeking it in my partner.
I need to improve my public speaking. I've nearly passed out in the past and I've come a long way but I still dread it. My work requires it. It gives me anxiety...
I definitely want to be more emotionally open with others. Thus, I can communicate better and let people get to know me despite my introverted nature.
