What does 7 Cups mean to you?

7 cups for me is a beacon of hope and kindness where small acts are multiplied by a lot of nice people who are doing their best to makes a better day for everyone.

I feel 5% less alone ❤️

I took this picture this morning. We are but butterflies in this life. Our existence, like the butterfly is brief and beautiful. This truth makes life even more precious and our mission while we are here even more meaningful. Many here are dedicating a lot of time and heart to make 7 Cups work. So thank you to all the Admins and volunteers who keep making this all work.

A way to get it out.

@SoulfullyAButterfly Somewhere to look forward to, a support system. Seriously, every time I face a struggle that feels just a little much, my first thought is that if I hang on a little longer, i can go and talk to someone on 7Cups and when I'm feeling a little better, I could use that renewed hope and motivation to start working on my problems. Thanks for being there for me, 7Cups!

Where I can be myself and talk about whatever I'd to along with lending a helping hand !

It's a place online where I can go to talk about the burdens on my mind, & hopefully lighten them a little. It is also a place where I can meet others who understand because their lives are impacted (plagued!) in similar ways.

It's a safe place to go and make new friends. Makes you forget problems. The staff are so good. I recommend for anybody to use 7 cups of tea.Xx

Hope of recovery, courage to take action, ability to grow, vision to add meaning, begining to fix damages. Power of empathic community , safe place for your soul .💌
