My morning was spent surrounded by kind people in an airy atmosphere, and despite being absolutely exhausted because of my insomnia, it felt good.

Later on today when my mood plummeted, my best friend made a twenty minute drive to bring me cupcakes and come talk for a couple of minutes.

Breezy morning and beautiful weather. Hearing my wife sing in the car alwayd makes my day

Finding out what was really wrong with my 83 yr old patient who said he was in because he had a sore butt ! It was interesting to see from the ultrasound what was really up there ! 🤭🤭🤭
