What Made You Smile Today?
People who cared about me.
Monday, a fresh start and time to forget about last weeks mistakes or worries. That made me smile lots :)
Today I am struggling. My 4lb dog lay on my chest and tried to help anxiety go. Made me smile.
Dogs are so therapeutic. My friend's dog will lay her head on mine and cuddle with me on the rug. She is very picky with people but just fell in love with me, made me feel like she could really see and sense who I am and that I am friendly. She will bring me toy after toy from her basket if I'm crying.
Today i smiled today because this is the first day in this month i awakened without a heavy laden heart
Being listened to and understood. For once I didn't feel like an outcast around my peers.... Well at least momentarily.
When I had a breakdown at school, my friend helped me calm down and smile again by giving me reasons and telling me corny jokes :)
A member told me I was by far the best listener he/she has ever had!
