I ended up crying pretty hard in the car today, and when I brought my 1 yr old into the house and took her out of her car seat she just say in my arms and gave me as many kisses as she could :)

For two hours my highschool was on lock down due to a bomb threat.​ Why did i smile? i smiled because all 5000 people at my highschool lived and were not injured.

I have a few things. One when 3 of my teachers made me feel safe by talking to me and they all loved the cookies I made for them. 2 when one of these teachers said she wants to talk to me about my food problems so shes going to help me like she tried last year and the year before just with different things. Trust me. Talking to someone helps, it might be hard but the first step is telling them you need someone you trust. Also ty to my house dean for telling my teacher :)
