I think it's important to see this quote as a whole, as opposed to just seeing the first line. Many of us feel that what we do is insignificant, and in many many waysit may be seen that it is. We are, after all, one tiny human amongst many. However, what we do will always affect someone. It will always have repercussions; it willaffect how people act and see and what they do next.It mayeven affect what happens next in someone else's life. What we do has such a large ripple affect in the people and things that surround us that actually, it is notinsignificant at all; though it may seem it from adistance. No one else will do what we do, and so we must doit, to create the ripple affect that will have such an impact around us.
