If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?

I would say

"learn to love"

Let people love you and don't be afraid to love them back

Just be happy :D

It's so hard to limit it to 3 words and still convey meaning. There's so much I'd want to say.

Gather abuse evidence
Place hidden cameras
Record her behaviour
Show them proof
Avoid being home
Leave home asap
Learn your strengths
Learn your values
Disbelieve her lies
Don't feel guilty
Not your fault
Mom is toxic
Care for yourself
Maintain your boundaries
He will cheat
He won't care
Find safe spaces
Don't isolate yourself
Keep having fun
It gets better
You will win

Don't look there.

Problems get bigger.

This shall pass.
