hello, i joined this group because i needed to talk about my family, my mom is verbally abusive, my brother is physically abusive and my sister too. i dont know how to deall with it all

Is there any friends or other family member you could spend time with or maybe stay over with so you can reduce the amount of time you spend with your mom, brother and sister? I don’t know if it’s the right thing to do or not, but I just try to keep out of my step dad’s way as much as possible. I stay late at work or go in early and when I’m home I just stay in my room with my headphones on so I don’t have to listen to him.
