My fave self soothing item is my fidgit cube and my spinner. I like the cube better because i can click the buttons

Sometimes when you're really upset you don't think it will work.

3. What are some Benifits to using this skill?

The fidgit cub is small so people can't see it as much in your hand. It helps distract you from things.
