Interesting. I see liquid meals as dangerous because they are easy to regurg. I, also, try to drink as little as possible with a meal when I'm being mindful and concentrating on non B/P tendencies. Also allows me to get a real read on the sensations of the food in my stomach w/out liquid.
@WasaBePanda8675 I think ultimately different things are helpful for different people - it makes sense that for you, liquid meals feel dangerous while for others they might feel easier to manage. I'm glad that you've been able to give some thought to what helps and hurts for you to set a plan that puts you on a good track!
