@Traveller8 Hi. I am a stress eater. I overeat, then I feel bad about myself. Sometimes I try really hard to not eat, but then end up over eating. It's a vicious cycle. I gain a lot of weight very quickly because of some medication I'm on and now I feel like I have to do something drastic because I look so horrible. My self esteem is gone.
